Our sister concern, Pearl Logistics, undertakes Customs clearance activities at the Tuticorin and Chennai ports, and Pearl Shipping and Chartering undertakes vessel broking activities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accountant based in Thoothukudi. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payables and receivables, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves analyzing financial data and providing guidance on financial decisions to management. Qualifications Expertise in accounting principles and practices, and knowledge of finance principles Experience with accounting software tally and MS Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fie Working knowledge and experience in tally minimum 3 years Salary - Based on experience
