Job Description
  • Collection of Quotes
  • Negotiations of Rates
  • Preparing Comparative Statement
  • Ensuring Materials are delivered at Site / Store.
  • Receiving Bills
  • Cross Checking Bills with the Purchase Order
  • Getting Approval of the Concerned Department to which the Materials have been issued.
  • Forwarding the Bills to Accounts
  • Ensuring that Payment is made to the Vendor / Contractor as per terms in the PO.
  • Documenting all POs / Receipt Notes / Payments in ERP
Job Type: Full-timeRequirementsAny Graduate with about 2 - 3 years experience in Purchase Department. Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage. Experience in Construction Industry is preferable.BenefitsPaid Time offLife InsuranceStatutory BenefitsBonusPaid Leave
