Responsibilities: Overall controllership for JV Projects in Real Estate
 Developing and adhering DOAs/SOPs defined by Management
 MIS for JV companies
 Driving Pricing and execution decisions for JV Projects
 Benchmarking and proposing NFAs for each project post consulting with JV and internal Stakeholders.
 Ensuring finalization of books of JV as per groups timeline
 Overall Tax compliance for JV companies
 Book keeping and Financial reporting - Statutory Audit
 Understanding & resolving any issues related to Vendor Invoice booking & Payment
 Budgetary Control for JV companiesQualifications:

Prior experience of Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)
CA with 5-6 years of Experience
Experience in SAP & Tally ERP will be an added advantage
