Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.Job DescriptionPosition Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join the India Finance Center of Excellence team. This Financial Analyst position will partner with the various stakeholders and collaborates with operations, sales, Finance co-ordinates to support timely reporting of Topline numbers. Will work independently and support senior team members of the team to develop and maintain accurate reporting of topline numbers in accordance with policy and to support compensation of the Sales team.Responsibilities include:

Prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring a high level of ASV / ARR and RBOB predictability for the identified organization, review for completeness and summarize key variances
Ensure bookings are reported in compliance with bookings policy and guidelines
Reconcile bookings, ARR and other KPI at regular intervals to ensure accuracy in numbers reported to the Management
Coordinate with IT Team on various finance transformation projects for topline.
Leverage Power BI/Tableau to create and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutions
Drive continual process improvements, framework enhancements in support of generating meaningful data-driven insights
Collaborate with Sales/Operations/finance controllers/consolidators to drive fiscal deliverable, gain comprehension of variance drivers, and challenge assumptions/methodologies employed
Ad-hoc analysis as required, and self-initiated projects encouraged

Requirements:

3-5 years of work experience preferably in reputed MNC
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working with International stakeholders
Experience working in sales operations preferred
Excellent excel skills, MS-access, Macros
Experience using tools as SAP, SFDC,
Highly organized, and pays attention to details
Ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player
Strong Analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at times
