Role: Maintenance Executive (Mechanical)Experience: 5-10 YearsLocation: Sri City, APQualification: BE/DiplomaRoles:1. Preparing and publishing the monthly Schedule Maintenance Plan as per the manuals from the Equipment suppliers.2. Coordinating with the manufacturing and planning team for executing the Maintenance Plan.3. Publishing the Monthly PM compliance report4. Maintaining History record for each equipment with Coordination with Manufacturing Team.5. Preparing and publishing the Monthly breakdown report, MTBF, MTTR reports machine wise.6. S&S monitoring and reporting.7. Knowledge on Extrusion, Calendaring, Body ply & Belt Cutters, Bead Winding, Auto Apexing, Slitter machines.8. Improve the equipment availability in PCR.9. Availability of Critical Spares/ Contingency Management for critical Equipment’s in PCR10. Closure of Identified abnormalities.11.
