- Authoritative responsibility for creating detailed and clear documentation of internal processes and procedures, integrating examples of code and script usage.

- Mentor team members, sharing knowledge on advanced scripting, coding, and automation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, supplemented by at least 5 years of advanced experience in systems administration and automation.
- Mastery in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBS, and Batch, with a strong emphasis on automating administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Power Platform for developing and deploying custom solutions and automations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Software Delivery Solutions (e.g., Radia, SCCM) with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, and networking principles (WAN/LAN).
- Willing to undertake up to 10% travel, including international.
- Advanced experience with ATM Applications, Professional Service, Managed Service, or in a technical systems administration capacity.
- Expertise in antivirus and intrusion prevention solutions, Active Directory, and Hard Drive Encryption, with an emphasis on automation for security management.
- Significant project management experience, with a focus on leading automation and efficiency projects.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, and security domains, with a strong preference for certifications or demonstrated expertise in Power Platform and advanced scripting languages.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams towards automation and efficiency through advanced scripting and coding skills.
