Human Resources:
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; ...
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and maintaining open lines of communication;
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance,retirement plans, and other offerings;
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems and provide support for career development and growth;;and
- Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programsto enhance skills and productivity.Office Management:
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance;
- Space Management: Ensure efficient use of office space and facilitate workplace improvements for employee comfort and productivity;
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and service agreements;
- Health and Safety: Implement health and safety protocols, emergency response plans, and COVID-19 safety measures; and
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate office events and activities, such as team-building exercises and celebrations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
- 7-10 years of experience in human resources and office management roles, with a strong understanding of HR regulations.Proficient in word and excel; and
