COMPUTER OPERATOR - RAIPUR

• Input data accurately and efficiently into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and update records of rice inventory, transactions, sales orders, and client information.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by verifying and validating information entered into the system.

• Communicate with rice suppliers, buyers, and clients via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
• Provide timely updates and status reports to clients regarding order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to rice transactions, contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Generate reports, summaries, and analysis of rice inventory, sales performance, and financial data as required.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients and business partners.

• Monitor rice inventory levels, stock availability, and storage conditions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and timely replenishment of stock.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies.

• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and uphold the reputation of the company as a reliable rice canvasing agent.

• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies related to rice canvasing, sales, and customer service.
• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in rice trading operations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
