- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
- Implement and configure Siebel application modules.
- Develop and maintain Siebel configuration, scripts, workflows, and integrations using Siebel Tools and other relevant technologies.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel CRM implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Siebel CRM and the telecom industry.Skills and Experience:- 7+ years of experience working as a Siebel Developer, with a focus on the telecom domain.
- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model, with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Proficiency in Oracle , PL/SQL
- Knowledge of telecom industry processes and systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
