The Indirect Sales Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and selling life insurance products to bank customers within assigned bank branches.Responsibility:- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers through the Banca channel.- Visit bank branches to identify potential customers and engage with them to understand their financial needs.- Provide information about various insurance products offered by the company, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability to the customer's requirements.- Effectively communicate the value proposition of insurance products and address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers.- Analyze customer financial profiles to recommend appropriate insurance policies that align with their goals and risk tolerance.- Collaborate with bank staff to coordinate sales efforts and leverage existing customer relationships for lead generation.- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor's degree Is mandatory.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.- Familiarity with the banking industry and understanding of financial products and services.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement to stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.We encourage veterans and individuals with diverse backgrounds to apply!
