This includes handling inquiries over email and escalating appropriately when required.
Handling client’s personal information and processing financial transactions. The integrity of our client’s information is of the upmost importance.·Understanding how to prioritize and organize work to ensure set service standards are met in order to avoid financial consequences and to provide good customer service.·Critical when communicating with the advisors to ensure messages/instructions are conveyed accurately and in a timely manner.·Critical to ensuring clear communication and understanding with leader/coordinator·Process and procedure changes and updates that impact the role.·Follow risk management procedures·Processing role using a variety of computer applications such as: OnBase, Unitrax, Teams, Excel, Outlook··Determining when to forward to London team.
