ARUNODAYA PRINT PACK PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading printing company in the industry, specializing in providing high-quality printing services to various clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing inventory, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and coordinating with suppliers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and maximize sales.
Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the printing industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
