- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, manufacturing operations, export requirements, and audit compliance.
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to anticipate HR needs and support business growth and expansion plans.
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process for manufacturing and export roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, both locally and internationally, ensuring compliance with immigration and visa regulations.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes for manufacturing and export teams, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance excellence across the organization.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities in manufacturing, export, and audit compliance.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee development and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs for manufacturing and export employees, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct salary reviews, administer bonuses, incentives, and employee insurance plans as per company policies and budgets.
- Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate audit activities related to HR processes, including internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and records comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and audit recommendations.
- HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and employment contracts, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment, health and safety, export controls, and audit requirements.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction across manufacturing, export, and audit teams.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in manufacturing & export environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations, and audit compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive change, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office suite, and other HR tools.
- Office-based work environment with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities, export locations, and audit sites.
