RoleWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Penetration Tester to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about cyber security and eager to develop their skills in penetration testing across various domains. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior team members to conduct security assessments, including network, application, and cloud penetration tests, to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Responsibility

Assist in planning and executing penetration testing engagements under the supervision of senior team members, focusing on network, application, and cloud environments.
Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.
Document findings and prepare reports detailing discovered vulnerabilities, the impact on the client, and recommendations for remediation.
Collaborate with clients to communicate fin33dings and suggest practical security enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, tools, and techniques.
Participate in internal training programs and pursue professional certifications to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and an eagerness to learn more about network, application, and cloud security.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Any entry-level security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
